Hyperion Residence Management, Inc., (HRM) is marketing and providing LEAVE IT TO BLUE services to MarinaBlue Condominium owners. Hyperion Development Group Inc., MarinaBlue Development, Inc., and Mist Towers, LP, Developers of the MarinaBlue Condominium, do not own, manage or control HRM, are not providing the program, nor deriving any economic benefit therefrom, and are not responsible for the obligations of HRM or any entity providing materials or services for this program.

30 - 45 day delivery time, provided there are no delays due to casualty damage, acts of God, strikes, shortages of labor or materials, HRM's rejection of materials or installation not meeting HRM's standards, Developer punchlist requirements, or any other reason unforeseen or outside of HRM's control.

HRM makes, and has made, no guarantees or representations regarding leasing income or expenses with respect to the lease of the Unit and/or the Residence Management Program, or the ability of HRM to procure tenants for the leasing of the Unit or a buyer for the sale of the Unit.

HRM may substitute materials of equivalent or better quality to those depicted and/or selected. Color, texture and appearance of finished materials provided may vary from those depicted and/or selected.
